I teach Frame Up with a focus on technique, expression, and a welcoming atmosphere — offline in Germany and online.

Trained by the creators of the Frame Up style, I continue to regularly develop my skills and deepen my understanding of the movement. My background in ballet, heels, and contemporary dance has helped me create my own unique vision of dance — one that combines technique, musicality, and self-expression.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, learn new moves, and discover your own expression. I teach in an accessible and adaptive way for every level, helping each dancer build confidence, find their flow, and connect with their own style.
