Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, where a right of withdrawal applies.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ekaterina Ponomareva, contact details in the Impressum) by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for leisure-related services if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code).

This particularly applies to booked live classes and workshops with a fixed date. In those cases the cancellation rules in the Terms & Conditions apply (regular classes, workshops, early bird).

For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends under § 356 (5) German Civil Code once performance has begun with the buyer’s express consent.

When you buy video content on this website, access is unlocked immediately after payment. By purchasing you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right for that digital content.
