Terms & conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of this website and to purchases or bookings of dance classes, workshops, membership packs and digital video content offered by Ekaterina Ponomareva (Provider).
Customer terms do not apply unless the Provider expressly agrees.
2. Services
Offerings may include live dance classes and workshops (offline and/or online), time-limited membership/class packs with credits, and paid video content.
Descriptions, dates, capacity and prices are shown on the relevant offer page.
3. Booking
Registration for a class or workshop via this website is binding once payment is completed or valid membership credit is redeemed.
A statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply under § 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code where the service is set for a specific date or period (leisure event).
Classes marked membership-only cannot be purchased as a single drop-in.
Membership packs and class credits are generally non-refundable after purchase, unless the Provider cancels or mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euro. Under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged or shown.
Payments on this website are processed via Stripe Checkout.
Valid promo codes and discounts are shown before payment is completed. Early-bird rates are limited in time and/or quantity.
Membership packs grant credits for a set number of class bookings within the stated validity period. Unused credits expire when validity ends, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Cancellation of regular classes and memberships
For regular group classes in the calendar there is no right to free cancellation or a refund after a binding booking or after membership credit has been redeemed.
No-shows also do not entitle you to a refund. Redeemed membership credit is used up with the booking and is not restored.
Rescheduling to another date is only possible if the Provider expressly offers it and capacity is available; there is no legal entitlement to it.
If the Provider cancels (e.g. illness, insufficient enrolment), single-class payments are fully refunded and membership credit is restored, or a rebooking is offered where possible.
Different deadlines apply only where expressly stated for workshops or early-bird rates (see below).
6. Workshop participation terms
Registration for a workshop is binding.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code because the event has a fixed date.
Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the workshop. In that case the participation fee is fully refunded.
Later cancellations are non-refundable unless a replacement participant is provided.
If the organiser cancels the workshop, the participation fee is fully refunded.
7. Early-bird participation terms
Early-bird rates are limited in time and quantity.
Early-bird registration is binding.
Cancellation is only possible up to 14 days before the workshop. In that case the participation fee is fully refunded.
After that deadline there is no refund unless a replacement participant is provided.
If the organiser cancels the workshop, the participation fee is fully refunded.
8. Digital video content
After successful payment, personal streaming access is unlocked in the user account. There is no download right unless expressly offered.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends under § 356 (5) German Civil Code once performance has begun with the buyer’s express consent. By purchasing and receiving immediate access you agree to this.
Access is non-transferable. Sharing login details is prohibited.
9. Small-business VAT regime
The Provider is a small business under § 19 UStG. Receipts do not show VAT. The displayed price is the amount payable.
10. Liability and participation
Participation in dance classes and workshops is at your own risk. You confirm you are fit to take part and will follow instructor guidance.
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable, typical damage.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN CISG. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
No VAT is charged in accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation).
