🌙 WHAT IS FRAME UP?

Frame Up is a modern, feminine floorwork style that blends contemporary, strip, heels and feminine plasticity into one unique movement language.

It’s a highly musical, fluid and expressive style, combining body control, sensuality and individuality. You’ll work with the music, explore different movement qualities and dynamics, and develop your own way of moving.

The Frame Up Creative Group is a small weekly group for women who want to go deeper than simply learning choreography.

It’s a space to learn, experiment, receive personal feedback and gradually develop your own movement language.

What you’ll explore:

• Frame Up techniques, details and movement quality • Musicality, dynamics and body control • Confidence and self-expression • Developing your own style and individuality • Creative projects and video shoots • Personal feedback and attention • A supportive atmosphere and a growing Frame Up community in Munich

🖤 WHO IS IT FOR?

Beginner-friendly — no previous Frame Up experience is required.

Whether you’re new to dance or already have experience, what matters most is your curiosity and desire to explore and grow.

This group is for women who want to feel more confident and connected to their bodies, express themselves through movement and grow both as dancers and as individuals.

Every Wednesday 18:00–19:00

Starting: October 7, 2026 Location: Kizztalk Academy, Munich Duration: 60 minutes Maximum: 8 spots

A small group means more personal attention and space for everyone to grow.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Socks and knee pads — mandatory • A top that covers your back — mandatory • Pole heels — optional • If you wear EU shoe size 38/39, send me a message to reserve a pair of heels. 👠

💫 PRICING

First month — €59

Commitment price — €65/month Available when you attended all scheduled classes in the previous month.

Regular price — €75/month

Drop-in — €25/class

The monthly membership is paid in advance and reserves your spot for the entire month.

Missed classes cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred or deducted from the monthly price.
